The Career of Elaine Lipka Has Been Very Impressive

These days, Elaine Lipka is considered a community leader where she lives. In part, that is because she is considered a very good mother to her teenaged twins, which is certainly impressive. Having one teenager is a challenge; having two who are the same age is even more impressive. Of course, she also has a strong educational background to draw upon. Of course, she has been a highly respected FBI investigator for a couple of decades, which means she was educated at the FBI Academy for a while. Before that, she also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware at Newark, and she also completed a program at the Philadelphia-based Institute for Paralegal Training, where she also minored in Sociology.

The career of Elaine Xydis Lipka at the FBI has also been impressive. She has been with the Bureau for approximately 30 years by now, including 15 years as a Special Agent in the Washington, DC and Denver Field Offices from 1991 and 2005, and as an investigator with the counter-terrorism unit from 2005 until now. Over the yeats, Elaine has conducted interviews with suspects and then prepared briefings to management, to make sure everyone was in the loop at all times. As a member of the Evidence Response Team (ERT), she conducted physical surveillances and due diligence background investigations. As an educatr and trainer, Elaine Lipka has also conducted Active Shooter Awareness and Suspicious Activity/Persons training and reporting. Gathered, organized and analyzed complaint information. She is also highly regarded for her extensive investigative reports.

As a vital member of the internal workings of the FBI's D.C. office, Elaine Xydis Lipka also worked hard to reorganize systems used to manage and maintain all necessary litigation documents. She also had a hand in the compilation of such documents, and evidence of all kinds, and she conducted analyses of any and all pertinent documents and trial exhibits. As part of that organization, she also made sure all depositions were properly digested and indexed, and she managed a payment fund for inspection and testing of asbestos content in buildings, including maintaining the asbestos abatement schedule.
